    SLA prototypes were produced during the development so the size and form of the device could be evaluated and refined to optimise the design.

    An integral part of the product development involved testing the design of the device to achieve the optimum anatomical fit.

  • CAT V-GEL DEVICE – FINAL PRODUCT

    The silicone airway management device was designed to fit the cat perfectly with a very soft silicone seal around the mouth section.

  • CAT V-GEL DEVICE PACKAGING DESIGN

    In addition to the injection moulded tray, we developed the cardboard packaging and user instructions for the device.
